Job Descriptions

– Provision a range of document management services under supervision and direction of Senior Document Control Officer

– Maintains and manages all Controlled documents either for particular project or whole organization and ensure it is easily accessible and store

– Data inputs for incoming/ outgoing documents into DMS system Register, update, maintain and control data onto Project website/ server/ designated location

– Distribute documents as per Document Distribution Matrix and Procedural Instruction

– Generate various document control report as required

Qualifications

– Bachelor Degree in any disciplines.

– Minimum 1 year experience in document control

– Good command in English.

– Knowledge in Document Management and systems is an advantage

– Good understanding of IT, software and technology conditions
