Notification of Residence for Foreigners (TM30)

Homeowners or hotel operators are required to report the residence of foreigners using form TM.30 within twenty-four hours from the time the foreigner takes up residence, according to Section 38 of the Immigration Act, B.E. 2522 (1979).

Visa Exemption and Visa on Arrival for Tourism

Qualifications for foreigners entering the Kingdom: They must hold a passport or a passport substitute document from a country specified in the Ministry of Interior’s announcement or from a country on the list of visa-exempt countries for tourism. They are allowed to stay in the Kingdom for no more than 30 days (updated as of May 9, 2024).
